This 75-minute Practice class invites you into a curated journey through sound to inspire movement that is raw, intuitive, and honest.

Guided facilitation weaves through the arc of the class, offering steady invitations to support presence, curiosity, and embodied exploration. There are no steps to follow, just a chance to meet yourself in motion: grounded or unleashed, fluid or fragmented.

Whether you're working something out, tuning in, or simply needing to move, this is a space to feel, sweat, and listen from the inside out. The intention is connection: track by track, body to body, beat to breath.​
