Truth is rarely singular. It shifts with our perspective, revealing layers of authenticity, adaptation, and inherited beliefs. In this workshop, we explore the dance between what feels deeply true in our bodies and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are. Through movement, we will listen for the echoes of past selves—gestures from childhood, postures of belonging or resistance, movements that reflect both our essence and our conditioning. By bringing attention to sensation before story, we practice uncoupling automatic narratives from our lived, embodied experience, making space for deeper self-recognition and choice.

In this journey, we also explore the difference between intent and impact—how what we mean to express through our words and movements may not land as expected. By engaging in dance as a living inquiry, we cultivate the awareness to hold multiple truths at once: our own and another’s, past and present, intuition and interpretation. What happens when we allow the body to lead us into deeper authenticity? Come ready to move, witness, and be witnessed as we navigate the many shades of truth.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 5 weeks before the event (by September 19th): You’ll receive a partial refund, minus a $75 administrative fee.
• Within 5 weeks of the event (after September 19th): A partial refund will be issued with a $100 administrative fee deducted.
• Same-day or during the event: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations on the day of or once the event has begun.
• Exceptions: In cases of medical emergencies, we do review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.
