Something in you already knows what matters. It lives below the noise of obligation and opinion, a quiet insistence, a heat in the chest, a pull toward certain things or people and away from others. This Practice Lab is an invitation to let that knowing move. We will use the body as our compass, not to arrive at answers, but to feel where care actually lives in us, and what it asks of us. Because caring without action can become grief, and action without care can become hollow. 

On April 18th in San Francisco, we gather to explore the terrain between them: to ask what we are willing to move toward, and to practice, in our very bodies, what it means to take that step.
