We are always practicing something

On April 18th, we gather to move with the question of home - not as a fixed address, but as a living relationship. In times like these, when the world can feel unsteady, and our nervous systems stay on alert, it’s easy to feel unmoored. Like we’re wandering without a place to land. This workshop is an invitation to return:
● to the body as shelter
● to breath as a doorway
● to presence as a kind of ground
We will practice listening for what steadies us and what softens us, tracking the places we tighten, numb, or brace - and meeting them with care. Together, we’ll explore home as something we build through attention, through honest sensation, through the courage to stay close to what’s real. Coming to practice with others becomes a pathway back because being witnessed, being held in a shared field, reminds us we belong to life. Bring what you’re carrying; we’ll make room for it, and we’ll move toward home together.
